The Brother QL-580N is a professional label printer that offers blazing print speeds, high-resolution prints with its Superfine Mode, and a built-in Ethernet connection to make networking a breeze. It's an effective tool for creating mailing labels, organizing file folders, creating bar codes, and much more.

With printing speeds of up to 68 labels per minute and ultra-high 300 x 600 dpi print resolution capabilities, the QL-580N produces high-quality black and white graphics and text in no time. Print using labels as wide as 2.4 inches, including address labels, food and price labels, CD/DVD labels, and more. The built-in heavy duty cutter makes it a snap to cut labels at any interval, including large print jobs.

Brother has designed their QL line of label printers with ease-of-use in mind. When it comes to changing label rolls, it's a cinch with the QL-580N's easy drop-in design that takes only seconds to change rolls. The printer will automatically detect the size of the newly installed label roll and adjust the on-screen template to the correct size for you.

The Convenience of Built-in Networking
The QL-580N offers a built-in Ethernet connection for easy networking amongst multiple users, and it works seamlessly with both Windows and Macintosh operating systems. Brother's exclusive b-PAC Application Programming Interface (API) allows developers the ability to pass text, numbers, graphics, and bar code data to a label template for added versatility across the network.

User-Friendly Editing Software
The Brother QL-580N label printer comes equipped with powerful, yet easy-to-use, P-touch Editor software that features three input modes -- Snap Function, Express Mode, and Professional Mode. Each input mode provides a wide array of features for both beginners and experienced designers alike. This software makes it possible to design your own labels or to create labels using information stored in Microsoft Office programs.

Compatible with both Windows and Macintosh, the Brother QL-580N measures 5.2 x 5.6 x 9.4 inches (WxHxD) and weighs 2.6 pounds. It's backed by a 2-year limited warranty and exchange service.
